RiverMeadow and Ingram Micro Solidify Worldwide Distribution Agreement

  • Ingram Micro will add RiverMeadow SaaS to its cloud solution portfolio and distribute to the market through its Cloud VAR Channel
  • RiverMeadow Migration SKUs will be offered in quantities of 50 and 250-packs
  • RiverMeadow and Ingram Micro will deliver training and drive business through the VAR channel through joint sales and marketing programs

RiverMeadow Software™ Inc., developer of the world's only automated cloud onboarding and workload mobility platform developed specifically for carrier and service provider clouds, has entered into a worldwide distribution agreement with Ingram Micro to deliver RiverMeadow SaaS Secure Cloud Migration to market through Ingram Micro's Cloud VAR channel. As a result, RiverMeadow SaaS will now be available to thousands of Ingram Micro Cloud resellers on a global scale.

Under terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will distribute RiverMeadow SaaS migration SKUs in quantities of 50-packs and 250-packs. Ingram Micro VARs will resell RiverMeadow migration packs to cloud service and outsourced IT providers as an automated solution for onboarding enterprise and SMB customers' workloads (physical, virtual and cloud) to target cloud platforms including; VMware, Cisco, Oracle, AWS, HP Helion and OpenStack. Additionally, over the next twelve months, the two companies will collaborate on various VAR channel focused marketing and sales enablement programs intended to accelerate cloud onboarding and revenue generation.
